Urgent Requirement - Sales Executive (Male / Female)

Job Profile & Responsibilities

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree holders preferred (minimum 1 year of experience).

Skills: Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Travel Requirements: Regular travel within Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, and Alappuzha districts. Occasional travel to other districts may be required.

Reporting: Timely and systematic reporting of daily activities.

Learning & Development: Willingness to learn and stay updated on medical equipment and consumable products.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Customer Support: Provide quality customer service, resolve queries, and ensure client satisfaction.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and social media.

Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and follow-up actions.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: INR 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications).

Performance Bonus: Attractive incentives and bonuses based on sales performance.

Daily Allowance: Provided.

Probation Period: 6 months.

Equipment Incentives: Post confirmation (after probation).

Mobile Recharge Allowance: Provided.

Travel Allowance: Reimbursement as per company policy.

Insurance: No personal accident insurance is provided.

Professional Development: Continuous learning opportunities and industry exposure, including collaboration with MNCs.

Other Requirements

Commitment: A minimum 2-year work commitment is mandatory.

Primary Location: Kottayam, Pathanamthitta & Alappuzha districts (with occasional assignments in other districts).
