Job Description

Identify and approach potential customers in the Kothavalasa region. Promote and sell company products/services to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain and expand the customer database by building long-term relationships. Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, phone calls, and referrals. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and events in the region. Collect market feedback and suggest improvements to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in [insert industry -- e.g., FMCG, consumer durables, real estate, or automotive]. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the Kothavalasa and surrounding markets. Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure. Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and basic English. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
