Job Description

Core responsibilities

Lead generation and prospecting:

Identify new business opportunities through activities like cold calling, networking, and social media to find potential customers.

Sales presentations and demonstrations:

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential and existing clients, tailoring the pitch to meet their specific needs.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully and meet sales targets.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and following up on their satisfaction.

Sales administration and reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software, and generate regular reports on performance.

Market and competitor analysis:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Team collaboration:

Work with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Event participation:

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
