Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit distributors, retailers, and wholesalers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Develop new markets and onboard potential dealers/distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and timely order collection.
Maintain relationships with key customers and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
