Attend to walk-in customers, explain product features, and handle test rides.
Generate leads through field activities, tele-calling, and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration formalities.
Maintain customer database and ensure post-sales follow-up for satisfaction and referrals.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under targets and build strong client relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Automobile/Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience (automobile/2-wheeler industry preferred).
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
