Greet customers and assist them in selecting ethnic wear garments based on their preferences and occasion (e.g., casual, festive, bridal, etc.)
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in ethnic fashion, fabrics, styles, and fits.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers clearly.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow-up.
Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in coordination with the cashier/support team.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area and trial rooms.
Gather and relay customer feedback to the store manager
