Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for our main client, as you will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sale support. Candidates will be trained to handle both outbound and inbound leads and to manage the entire sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and manage inbound hot leads
- Communicate with customers, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure high client satisfaction
- Collect testimonials from happy customers
- Record sales activities and customer information in CRM (Zoho experience a plus)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (freshers with excellent communication skills welcome)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (preferred)
