Job Description

Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for implementing the company's sales strategy and expanding the distribution network of musical instruments, professional audio/video equipment, and FMCG products across Eastern India, Maharashtra, and gradually across PAN India. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, identifying new markets, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Requirements
Task & Activities: -
1. Sales Execution & Team Coordination

  • Support sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions to improve selling techniques.
  • Track personal sales performance using CRM tools and report weekly progress.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in implementing team goals and performance tracking KPIs.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing wholesale clients through visits and calls.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Ensure prompt response to client queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Strategic Sales Support
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Assist in executing promotional activities and campaigns designed by the marketing team.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve products and sales strategies.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and share insights with the team.
4. Channel Development & Distribution Support
  • Identify potential dealers, retailers, and distributors in new and existing markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth supply flow.
  • Monitor distributor performance and coordinate timely order fulfilment.
  • Support expansion initiatives to increase product reach in assigned territories.
5. Project Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify small and medium-scale project opportunities in both private and institutional sectors.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Support in contract discussions and negotiations under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and project leads for follow-up and conversion.
