Key Responsibilities



Build and lead a team of sales partners in Surat. Drive field sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Guide, train, and motivate your team to improve performance. Expand business by generating leads and converting them into customers. Ensure consistent growth and build strong market presence.

Who We Are Looking For



Graduate (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of field sales experience with leadership exposure. Ambitious, result-oriented, and money-driven mindset. Strong communication and networking skills. Local candidates from Surat preferred.
