Lord Krishna Builders is hiring a Sales Executive for our Architectural Department to handle client enquiries related to Architectural Services, Interior Design Services, and KSMART uploads & submissions. The role requires confident client handling, strong follow-up skills, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Deal with services related to: Architectural Consultancy, Interior Design Services, KSMART Uploads & Submissions
Understand client requirements and provide correct preliminary information
Enter, update, and manage leads in CRM software
Coordinate with architects, designers, and technical teams
Follow up leads regularly and move them towards closure
Attend enquiry calls at any time as required
Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects
Maintain professional and confident communication with clients
Candidate Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Basic knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction field (or willingness to learn these areas)
Familiar with CRM software and lead management
Strong client-handling skills with confidence and clarity
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently
