Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial building projects. The role involves generating leads, handling client inquiries, coordinating site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial projects. Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Conduct project presentations and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Arrange and guide clients during property site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers. Follow up with prospects to convert them into confirmed bookings. Maintain updated knowledge of project details, market trends, and competitors. Prepare and maintain sales reports and daily activity records. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth customer communication. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service mindset. Basic knowledge of the real estate / construction industry is an advantage. Ability to handle pressure and work toward targets. Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
Qualifications:

Any Degree / Diploma. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in real estate sales is added advantage.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,656.32 per month
