Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone and introduce them to our company's services and maintenance solutions.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information to generate interest.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert them into potential clients.
Build and maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and contribute to business growth.
Training:
A 1-week training session will be provided to selected candidates to help them understand our services, communication process, and sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest.
Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Follow up with leads regularly to close sales.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or BDE roles (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam .
Ability to handle objections and close deals over the call.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Minimum age requirement: 24years and above
Minimum 3 year 5 years of relevant experience in sales is required.
