Identify and develop potential customers including builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
Visit construction sites to identify ongoing and upcoming projects.
Generate enquiries and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and credit limits in line with company policy.
Coordinate with the batching plant and logistics team for delivery scheduling.
Ensure timely delivery of concrete at project sites.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution and follow-up.
Follow up with clients for timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Submit daily and weekly reports on site visits, leads generated, and sales performance.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of construction / building materials industry preferred
Ability to work independently in field sales
Result-oriented and customer-focused approach
