Job Description

This is a

property management company

with an active portfolio of properties. The role involves

showing properties to prospective clients

, providing a

brief and clear explanation of each property

, and

converting leads into sales

.

The candidate will receive

proper training and sales assistance

to handle property presentations and customer interactions effectively. In addition to sales, the role also includes

procuring property inventory

through various channels such as owners, referrals, online platforms, and field networking.

The executive will be guided on

lead generation, inventory sourcing, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing procedures

as part of the training.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,594.39 per month
