The Sales Executive - Boutique is responsible for assisting customers, promoting boutique products,and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role includes product display, billing support, and maintaining store appearance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and understand their needs
Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, or boutique products
Promote new arrivals, offers, and seasonal collections
Maintain product displays and ensure the boutique is clean and attractive
Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
Support visual merchandising and window displays
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and fabrics
Higher secondary / Diploma / Degree (any stream)
0-3 years of experience in boutique or retail sales
Preferred female candidates
