Job Role Summary

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive

to develop market presence, generate sales, and build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, engineers, and project clients for our solid blocks and paver tiles.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Solid Blocks and Paver Tiles in assigned territories Identify and develop new dealers, contractors, builders, engineers, and project clients Visit construction sites, dealers, engineers, and architects regularly Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, and marketing activities Display sales promotional materials at dealer shops and customer offices

Required Qualifications

Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (any discipline) 1-5 years of sales experience (building materials preferred) Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply Knowledge of solid blocks, paver tiles, or cement products is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term customer relationships Field-oriented and target-driven mindset Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and mobile reporting Good understanding of the local construction market

Other Requirements

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (

mandatory

) Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Proficiency in the local language (

Malayalam mandatory

)
