Key Responsibilities



Client Interaction:

Qualify leads, understand buyer needs, explain project features, pricing, and payment plans, and conduct site visits.

Sales Process:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closure, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.

Reporting & Admin:

Update CRM, maintain accurate data, and submit sales reports.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, technical, legal, and accounts teams.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project details.

Promotional Activities:

Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and campaigns.

Essential Skills



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
