We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Female Sales Executive

to join our

Stone Section

at the Beautile Cochin showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling natural stones and cladding stones, and assisting customers in selecting the most suitable materials for their architectural requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling products to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Handle inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and convert them into sales.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including builders, Architects, contractors, and dealers.

Product Knowledge: Providing expert advice on product selection, recommending suitable options based on customer needs, and demonstrating product features.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and payments.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, trends, and market demands.

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Working together with internal design team to develop visuals for marketing strategies that support customer and business objectives and with digital marketing team to analyse marketing data.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices and terms of sale effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.

Target Orientation: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:



Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tiles or construction industry.
Prior experience in showroom sales, preferably in tiles, furniture, or home decor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Knowledge of MS Office and basic sales software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
