Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in machinery sales to join our growing team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling industrial or commercial machinery and a good understanding of the Oman market. Candidates with prior Oman or GCC experience will be given preference. The role involves developing new business, managing existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for machinery and equipment sales

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, dealers, and contractors

Conduct client visits, site inspections, and product demonstrations

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentation

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams for order execution

Follow up on payments, deliveries, and after-sales support

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in machinery or industrial product sales is mandatory

Previous Oman experience preferred (GCC exposure is an added advantage)

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, or related products

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Willingness to travel within Oman as required

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machinery or industrial sales

Additional Requirements:

Valid Oman driving license preferred

Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
