Job Description

We're looking for an energetic Sales Executive to engage with candidates, provide expert consultation, and drive enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.



Key Responsibilities:



Consult and guide candidates via calls, messages, and emails. Handle inbound & outbound calls with a sales-focused approach. Follow up consistently and maintain daily/weekly reports. Use CRM tools to manage data and track progress. Meet targets and support overall business growth.

Requirements:



1+ year experience preferred (Freshers welcome). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude. Flexible with work schedules. Female candidates preferred.
Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
