We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to achieve targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic outreach and customer engagement.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and marketing campaigns
Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and qualify prospects
Engage with potential clients via B2B sales strategies, including negotiation and presentation of product solutions
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
Develop tailored proposals to meet customer needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects when applicable
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and customer service
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts
Conduct inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical explanations of our offerings
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles preferred
Strong background in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales activities
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively
Experience in business development and customer relationship management is highly desirable
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--is essential
Prior experience in inside sales or marketing roles will be considered an asset
