Currently, we are looking for a

Sales Executive

with prior experience in a construction firm to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research

Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, finance) for smooth project execution

Track sales activities and update CRM or sales records regularly

Handle client queries, objections, and post-sales support

Participate in sales planning and review meetings

Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation

1-2 years experience preferred.
