Olive Builders & Developers, a well-established and trusted real estate developer in Kerala, is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team in Thrissur. The role focuses on lead handling, customer engagement, and closing sales for our premium residential apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through walk-ins, phone calls, site visits, referrals, and digital marketing platforms
Explain project specifications, amenities, pricing structures, payment plans, and current offers to prospective customers
Coordinate and conduct site visits and property presentations
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals
Maintain accurate customer data and submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in real estate or property sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling residential apartments or villas
Knowledge of the Thrissur real estate market
Strong follow-up, persuasion, and closing skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
