Key Responsibilities



Customer Engagement:

Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations and information.

Sales Target Achievement:

Actively promote products, cross-sell, and upsell to meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Operations & Merchandising:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store; ensure shelves are stocked.

Transaction Processing:

Accurately handle cash and card payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:

Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clientele.

Product Knowledge:

Ability to quickly learn and explain product features and benefits.

Flexibility:

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
