Job Summary:


Responsible for managing modern trade outlets to drive sales growth, ensure product availability, execute promotions, and enhance visibility in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned outlets Ensure availability of core/focus SKUs and expand product coverage Maintain strong relationships with store managers/purchase head Coordinate with merchandisers for shelf management and FIFO Take regular orders and monitor stock levels for timely replenishment Submit daily reports: activity, sales, and stock movement

Candidate Profile:



Education:

Graduate (Preferred: Business/Marketing)

Experience:

1-3 years in FMCG/Experience in Modern Trade is a plus Preference for

male candidates

in Thrissur region

Skills:



Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills Basic Excel & reporting knowledge Local market familiarity Ability to manage multiple outlets independently

Other:

Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)

Location: Thrissur



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
