The Sales Executive will handle all existing customer accounts, follow up for repeat orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production and delivery. The candidate must also be proactive in developing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and adapting quickly to the local work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Management:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with all existing customers.
Follow up regularly for repeat orders and ensure timely order confirmations.
Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the planning and production teams.
Provide prompt updates to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with the Planning Department and Production Department to process orders according to required design, specifications, and quality.
Ensure smooth and timely production and delivery of all confirmed orders.
Coordinate to resolve any issues or delays related to design, production, or delivery.
Business Development:
Identify and approach new potential customers to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
Actively explore market opportunities to increase sales volume.
Other Expectations:
Learn the local language as soon as possible to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, orders, feedback, and follow-ups.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent service quality.

Required Experience:
2-5 years of experience in the flexible packaging from printing industry (mandatory).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
