Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their requirements Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly Sell furniture, electronics, and home appliances confidently Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Handle billing, quotations, and order processing Coordinate with delivery and service teams Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints Follow up with customers for conversions and repeat sales Update product knowledge regularly
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

+2 / Diploma / Degree

1-3 years sales experience

(Furniture/Electronics preferred) Good communication skills in

Malayalam & English

Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, Excel) Customer-friendly attitude and persuasive skills Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
Skills Required

Strong sales and negotiation skills Product presentation & demo skills Target-oriented mindset Teamwork and professionalism Time management
Experience

Freshers can apply

Experience in

furniture, electronics, home appliances, or retail showroom sales
