Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and hospitals.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.

Handle troubleshooting challenges effectively.

Manage service sales contracts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Promote reliability of services and products.

Submit monthly progress and sales reports.

Requirements



Education: Degree/Diploma in any field (Biomedical preferred).

Experience: 2-3 years in sales/service (healthcare industry preferred).

Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of CRM software (preferred).
