: Sales Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala, India
Reports to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition
Attend events, exhibitions, trade shows, weddings, mall activations and other
industry gatherings to generate new leads and build relationships.
Explain our offerings and engage with event agencies, planners, vendors, hotels,
production houses, etc., to promote Magic Moment's services.
Engage and follow up on leads provided by the Marketing team and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines and achieve monthly targets.
Build long term relationships with prospects and partners for recurring business
opportunities.
Planning and Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate the operations, testing and on-site setup of the services.
Ensure smooth execution by anticipating client requirements, potential challenges
and resource needs.
Forecast upcoming peak seasons, plan ahead for sales activities and propose
promotional ideas.
Market Research and Strategies
Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings, price trends and new
technologies in the industry.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations on sales strategy and product
demand.
Skills Required
Proven sales experience in the event industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently speak
with clients and vendors.
Excellent planning, organizing and time management capabilities.
Proactive mindset with the ability to foresee requirements and prepare ahead of
time.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
