Bulk Sales Executive Food and FMCG Kochi

Chekkottu Agencies is hiring serious and target driven Sales Executives to handle bulk sales of dosa batter to hotels, hostels and catering units in Kochi.

This is a field sales role focused on bulk volume sales and repeat orders. The position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with clear targets and performance based growth.

Job Responsibilities

Handle bulk sales to hotels, hostels and catering units
Visit assigned routes daily and follow up with customers
Achieve fixed KG based sales targets
Maintain repeat bulk orders and timely collections
Submit daily sales and collection reports

Sales Targets

Daily target 40 kg
Monthly target 1000 kg minimum

Salary and Incentives

Fixed salary Rs 18000 per month all inclusive

No incentives during the first three months

Performance incentives applicable from the fourth month onwards based on monthly sales volume and collections

Monthly incentive slabs
1000 to 1200 kg Rs 3000
1200 to 1400 kg Rs 6000
1400 kg and above Rs 10000 maximum cap

Quarterly performance bonus applicable for consistent high performers based on management review

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit 20 to 30 years only
Male and female candidates can apply
Two wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory
Willingness to work in target based field sales
Experience in FMCG, hotel supply or food sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong sales attitude and willingness to learn are welcome

Job Location

Kochi only
Candidates must be currently staying in Kochi

This is a target driven field sales role
Candidates looking for fixed salary without targets or office work should not apply
Salary is all inclusive and does not include separate petrol allowance
