We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor with proven experience in educational sales. This role requires a unique blend of academic guidance and strong sales skills. You will counsel students on academic and career planning while also driving enrollments by meeting individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on course selection, academic planning, and career development with a consultative approach.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets through effective student engagement and conversions.
Conduct structured counseling sessions, follow-ups, and maintain a high conversion rate from leads to enrollments.
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, counseling sessions, and enrollments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Education, Counseling, Business, or related field).
Mandatory: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in academic counseling + educational sales/ed-tech/overseas education/skill training industry.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/enrollment targets in a previous role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of closing enrollments.
Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and student tracking.
