We are looking for a smart, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to manage customer calls, resolve customer complaints, generate leads, and contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and promptly.
Identify and generate new leads to grow the business.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Relevant experience in sales or customer handling is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, energetic, and proactive approach to work.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
