We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Attend industry events, exhibitions, or webinars as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in sales or business development (Freshers can also apply if enthusiastic and coachable)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
Fluency in [Language/s required - English, Hindi, Malayalam, etc.]
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in [industry - e.g., digital marketing, IT, real estate, etc.]
Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies
Experience in B2B or B2C sales
