Role Overview:



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join SS Steels and Sheet Mart. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, promote products, build strong customer relationships, and support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads. Explain product features, pricing, and specifications clearly to customers. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and product details when required. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for order processing. Follow up on customer enquiries, payments, and order status. Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records. Meet monthly sales targets and support marketing activities. Visit client sites/shops whenever required to promote products. Provide excellent customer service and handle issues professionally.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Ability to understand product specifications and explain to customers. Negotiation and time-management skills. Computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email) preferred.

Qualifications:



Plus two / Degree. Experience in steel, hardware, building materials, or related industry is an added advantage.
