The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. This role requires strong negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of FMCG markets, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote product lines and generate sales.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key account clients.
Conduct market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Implement trade marketing activities and promotional plans effectively.
Collect and report market feedback to support product and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or reporting systems regularly
