Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Customer Engagement:

Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present suitable product options.

Sales Conversion:

Demonstrate product features, explain pricing, and close sales effectively.

Lead Management:

Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and field follow-ups.

Follow-ups:

Maintain regular communication with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated with product features, specifications, and installation procedures.

Documentation:

Assist in preparing quotations, sales invoices, and order confirmations.

Team Support:

Coordinate with the supervisor, manufacturing, and warehouse teams for order processing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills



Experience in retail or field sales (doors & windows industry is a plus). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to handle customers professionally.
