Job Description

Role Overview:



The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and converting prospects into clients for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through market research, networking, site visits, and referrals. Maintain and update the customer database. Cold calling, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetings.

2. Sales & Client Management



Understand client requirements and provide appropriate interior solutions. Present company profile, services, and project capabilities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Coordinate with the design and estimation team for BOQs, quotations, and conceptual designs. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

3. Project Coordination



Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, and feedback. Maintain strong communication between the client and internal departments.

4. Market Research & Reporting



Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and submit them to management. Suggest improvements to sales strategy based on market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction sales (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and client-handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Valid driving license (if applicable).
