to handle student inquiries, guide prospective learners, and support the complete enrollment process for our EdTech programs. This is a fully office-based inside sales role focused on tele-counseling, explaining program details, managing leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
Provide clear and accurate information about courses, learning formats, and program benefits.
Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs.
Manage student inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to support conversions and timely closures.
Record all lead details, communication history, and status updates in the CRM.
Share program brochures, fee structures, and relevant documents when required.
Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
0-3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development.
Strong communication skills in
English and Malayalam
.
Good listening skills and a student-focused counseling approach.
Comfortable handling phone conversations and virtual interactions.
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up activities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage.
