Job Description

The Sales Officer based out of Cochin and Trivandrum will be responsible for driving sales of shelving and display solutions, building a strong dealer/customer network, and supporting business development activities in the assigned region. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales for shelving and storage products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and end customers. Conduct product presentations, site visits, and customer follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities in retail, industrial, and commercial segments. Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for order execution. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/records regularly. Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Support local marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requisite Skills & Experience:

Education: Any Graduate (preferred: BBA, B.Com, Diploma/Engineering).

Experience: 0 - 2 years (freshers with interest in sales may apply).

Prior experience in furniture, modular kitchens, interiors, building materials, shelving/storage solutions is an added advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
