About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field sales experience and strong customer relationship skills. This role involves meeting clients, generating leads, and driving business growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and generate leads.
Promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain daily reports and update CRM/management regularly.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of field sales experience
(mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Ability to travel within assigned areas.
