We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive cum Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students, handling admissions, and achieving sales targets through effective counselling and relationship-building.
Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide guidance to students and parents regarding courses, fee structures, and potential career prospects.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve targets.
Maintain follow-up with prospective students.
Participate in promotional activities (seminars, workshops, education fairs).
Maintain accurate admission records and reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service (education industry preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary:
?20,000 + Incentives
