Consult with candidates and provide them with the best possible service and guidance.
Communicate effectively with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with a strong sales perspective.
Maintain continuous follow-up and update efficient daily/weekly reports.
Develop and introduce new strategies to improve consultation and sales performance.
Work with CRM software for data management and tracking (experience with CRM is a plus).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends to provide accurate information to candidates.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/consultation is preferred;
freshers are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Schedule : Should be available for flexible work
