We are seeking a

dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive

to join our team at Planet Jewel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs and preferences Provide detailed product information and showcase collections effectively Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Stay updated on current trends, product knowledge, and promotions Handle customer queries, concerns, and exchanges professionally Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Prior experience in jewelry retail or sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and jewelry Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment Basic computer knowledge and billing familiarity Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
