The role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, relationship building, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
stock market and trading courses
to potential students through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online leads.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and proactively generate
outbound leads
through cold calls, social media, and referrals.
Understand students' goals and recommend appropriate programs that align with their learning needs.
Maintain and update the
CRM database
with accurate lead and follow-up information.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly
enrollment and revenue targets
.
Participate in
seminars, webinars, workshops
, and other promotional activities to attract new enrollments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for lead generation.
Provide feedback and market insights to management for improving sales strategy and product offerings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in
