Job Description

Prospecting and lead generation:

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through cold calling, email, networking, and attending events.

Client management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Sales presentations and demonstrations:

Present products or services to clients and demonstrate how they meet client needs.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue goals.

Sales tracking and reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM, and prepare performance reports.

Customer service:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Market awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
