Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Present and demonstrate product features to customers effectively.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2-5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base in Kerala.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
