We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Interior Sales Executive (Fresher/ 6 months experience in sales) to join our interior design firm. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, meeting clients, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interact with walk-in and online clients to understand their interior design requirements.
2. Present the company's design services, materials, and pricing details effectively.
3. Conduct client visits to project sites or residences to understand space requirements and build strong client relationships.
4. Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
5. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
6. Maintain proper sales reports, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
7. Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotions, and campaigns.
8. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree/PG in any discipline (preferably Marketing, Business, or Design-related field).
Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Having sales experience in any industry is considered a valuable asset.
Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
