Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to develop business relationships through effective customer service.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies.
Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
