Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to promote our premium filo pastry and ready-made Kunafa products across assigned territories. The role involves boosting sales, building strong ties with distributors, retailers, bakeries, and cafes, and expanding market reach. Candidates with FMCG or food product sales experience, strong communication in multiple South Indian languages, and a passion for growth are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
? Build strong relationships with restaurants, sweet shops, and distributors.
? Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
? Maintain product knowledge and present features effectively to clients.
? Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
? Identify and onboard potential distributors, retailers, and bakery partners across assigned territories.
? Promote and sell Persian Pastries' premium product range, including filo pastry and ready-made Kunafa, to both new and existing clients.
? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent business growth.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
? Conduct virtual or telephonic meetings, product demonstrations, and timely follow-ups with prospects.
? Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular progress reports for the management team.
? Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences to support strategic planning.
Requirements:
? Experience: 6 months to 1 year in FMCG sales or food product marketing.
? Languages: Must be fluent in English and any 3 South Indian languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu preferred).
? Age below 30
? Must be energetic, result-oriented, and have good communication skills.
? Conduct virtual or telephonic meetings, product demonstrations, and timely follow-ups with prospects.
? Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular progress reports for the management team.
? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent business growth.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
