assisting customers, promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with product selection and information
Explain product benefits, offers, and health advantages
Ensure attractive product display and cleanliness of the sales area
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Maintain stock records and report shortages to the manager
Support team in promotional activities and in-store events
Collect and encourage customer feedback/reviews
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
retail sales or customer service
(preferably in food or FMCG sector)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and passion for customer satisfaction
Basic computer/billing knowledge (POS handling preferred)
Flexibility to work in shifts (morning/evening)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
